Situated in the much sort after area of Miraflores, the apartment is overlooking the Par 5 12th hole of the Miraflores golf course with amazing south facing views. The tranquil setting makes the apartment equally suitable for couples or small families as well as budding golfers. This part of the world really is a mekka for golfers.

Local Area
Being just 5 minutes away from the main A road the apartment is well positioned for all amenities. The area of Riviera has supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes away.

Directly south are the beaches of La Cala and Cabopino which also has a small port. These beaches are only 5-10 minutes away by car and are regarded as the best beaches on the Costa Del Sol.

Further a field, you are spoilt for choice be it the bright lights and late nights of Fuengirola just 15 minutes away or the famous Puerto Banus with its excellent restaurants, designer shops, fast cars and millionaires yachts being 20 minutes away. Marbella is easily accessible also being 20 minutes away and offers great restaurants and wide variety of shops.

Fully equipped with wall mounted plasma TV, DVD/CD Player.

Kitchen – Luxury kitchen with Bosch electicals – Dish washer, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer. All utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking items supplied.

Utility room – Bosch washing/drying machine, drying line, storage for golf clubs, bikes etc.

Terrace – South facing with amazing views over pool and 12th hole of golf course. Solid wood table and chairs for 4 people.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

• This was a modern and highly specced apartment, which to our joy was very quiet at night. The pool was lovely and views great. Only negatives would be distance to strip and we wrongly assumed it would be 2 bedroomed as it states sleeps 6. This should say 4 in our opinion, but was our mistake for assuming! Other than that we had a lovely stay and would go back. Ideal for golfers and those who like a quiet stay where you can actually sleep. The strip has some nice bars and restaurants (Browns and Tonys), also beach nice and clean. Would have liked the TV to have some english channels which it didnt, so take DVDs if you dont speak spanish! Overall an excellent place.

• Apartment was superb - we loved the location, the complex is really well set out, the pool is fantastic and the apartment is lovely and very well equipped. It definitely (in my opinion) is not suitable for 6 as suggested on the website but is ideal for 4. The owners' local contact Gary was extremely helpful and very friendly. The directions we were sent by the owner were not to be relied on but Gary went out of his way to help us out and ensured the start of our stay went smoothly. You definitely need a car for this apartment as it is a long walk down the hill to Riviera, especially with children but there is loads to do in the area, it's well located for all amenities, beaches etc. The complex was really quiet, even in August when we went, a few other families but no noise and it meant the pool area was always quiet, often had it to ourselves though it was nice for the children to have others to play with when they were around. The pool is the best I've seen and ideal for kids and very well designed. The view from the balcony really is over the 12th hole of Miraflores golf course and over the pool area - couldn't ask for a prettier view unless it was sea front! Excellent value for money, I was a little anxious about what we would get for such a low price but we were very pleasantly surprised, couldn't ask for more for that price. We may well be going back! Very happy time had by all, lots of happy memories and I would highly recommend it - have already recommended friends to look actually!

• Stayed in August but just got around to writing the review. Lovely new apartment block which is very nicely fitted out. The kids were most impressed with the pool where they spent a lot of time! and the wall mounted lcd TV! The apartment has aircon which I reckon is a necessity! It was surprisingly quiete for August and only a few famillies seemed to be staying which was great. I agree with previous reviewer and also think a car is essential as the apartments are towards the edge of the development. All in all we had a very relaxing holiday

• This apartment was definitely value for money. The balcony overlooked the pool / golf course and the view was amazing. Air-conditioning was a definite plus. The only downside was that you would definitely need a car if you stayed at this complex as there is no way you could walk down to the strip in the heat in July / August. Would go back again.
