Lounge and Dining

The lounge is fully air-conditioned and has two large sofas, widescreen TV, SKY digital, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a HiFi. There is a patio door leading onto the terrace with views over green hills and down to the sea. The sun reaches the terrace from mid afternoon and you can dine in style without being overlooked whilst watching the sun set behind the hills. Indoors there is a large dining table with seating for 4 people and a well fitted modern kitchen including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The two bedrooms both have twin beds and built in wardrobes, are both fully air-conditioned, and the main bedroom has a patio door onto the balcony also. The main bedroom has its own en-suite with bath, shower over, WC and bidet. There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

Other Facilities

Parking is available in the underground garage or outside the apartment block. There is a lift and stairs up to the apartment.

There are 3 swimming pools (one is a children's pool) surrounded by grass and sub-tropical gardens.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby at Riviera del Sol, Miraflores and Calahonda, either on foot or by car.

• The apartment is 1st class. Quality. A real home from home, very comfortable. If we ever go back to Costa Del Sol again we need not worry about where to stay. This apartment is highly recommended. Great for kids too.

• The complex and apartment is really nice.... We had a really good time in your apartment. When 3 weeks where gone, we wished that we had one more week to stay there. Since we have been in the area before, we easilly found the things that we wanted to visit etc. We had car and many friends in the area so the car was used a lot. Ronda. tivoli, Waterpark in Fungeriola, Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella, Elviria, etc were places we visited.

• "Well it was excellent. The apartment is perfect. I would say a real home from home! I would market it as a luxury apartment because to be honest there is nothing that we missed.
  
  We had an excellent time I must say. We hired a car for the last 6 days which gave us more flexibility with exploring. We went to Marbella twice, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Fuengirola Zoo and Malaga. All in all I would say the apartment is ideally furnished and ideally situated for exploring the area. We had a good time there and would be happy to go back.

• A superb 2-bedroom apartment set in a quiet location. Very spacious inside with all modern facilities. Also has its own private terrace with nice views. Nearest beaches only 15 minutes walk away, or 5 minutes by car. A great variety of restaurants and bars close by.
  With all the above just mentioned and you include fantastic weather, location and first class accomodation, to me the perfect holiday was had. Looking forward to going back this summer with my family.
