The Apartment

Luxury, fully air conditioned, 2 bedroom apartment with 2 large balconies. Patio doors lead onto both the balconies. From the lounge and master bedroom, the patio doors open up onto a large balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful and panoramic views of La Cala Golf down to the coastal resort of Fuengirola and as far as the Sierra de Malaga snow-capped mountains. From the second balcony enjoy watching golfers on the David Leadbetter Golfing range, or cross over the road and practise yourself! A self catering apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, both can be made into twins to allow for 4 golfers. One bedroom has ‘en suite‘ facilities whilst the other is serviced by a large walk in shower and facilities. The comfortable and modern lounge/dining room has satellite T.V. showing the ’free to air’ channels and a music system. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers provided and a jacuzzi. The pool enjoys magnificent views to the mountains. For security this is an enclosed development, with underground parking and lift access to the front door of the apartment. A car is recommended. Los Altos is a quiet location, but it is only a 15 minute drive to the local fishing town of La Cala and more vibrant town of Fuengirola. Several golf courses are only a short drive away, or for the less energetic, enjoy watching golfers on the David Leadbetter Golfing range opposite

The Local Area

Approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. David Leadbetter Golf Academy is across the quiet road, La Cala Golf Club House and the La Cala Hotel are a few minutes away. There are several other golf courses, Mijas Golf, Alhaurin or Miraflores all within a 15 minute drive, making it and ideal venue for your golfing holiday. If you are thinking of a family holiday, then approximately 15 minutes drive from Los Altos apartments are the sleepy, fishing town of La Cala and the more vibrant town of Fuengirola, where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for all tastes.

Out & About

Aqua Parks, Go-karting, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World and many clean and safe beaches are all within a 15 minute drive. Selwo Wild Life Park is 45 minutes away, the exciting Crocodile Park and Selwo Marine Park are situated in Benalmadena about 20 minutes from the apartment. A trip to the duty free port of Gibraltar is 80 minutes by car. Or you can book excursions from Fuengirola where you can visit Alhambra Palace in Grenada or the historic cities of Seville or Cadiz.

• Th place is lovely, appartment is big, views are great, far away from the busy towns, but yet close only 5 minutes to the sea. Big pool almost for us, very relaxing holiday. my second year in the area, next time its La Cala.

• A lovely apartment, which i would highly recommend, particularly for golfers. Stunning views over looking the fantastic golf course, and directly apposite the driving range which for us was exaclty what we was looking for. We were pleasantly suprised by the size of the apartment which was very spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a must after playing golf in heat all morning. Pool and garden facitilities were extremely clean and well kept. I would definatley without hesitation return to this apartment again. Thank you.

• The property was excellent apart from an non-operating AC. When notified of the problem a repair was attempted but not wholly successful. No-one made contact to ascertain whether we were pleased or otherwise about the situation. Some communication, whilst not resolving the issue, would have gone a long way in mitigating the situation. If the issue had not occurred I would rate the property 5 Star
