The Villa

This a beautiful three bedroom villa with a shared pool in a prime location on the luxurious 5* La Cala Golf Resort conveniently located close to Marbella and Malaga. The villa is decorated and furnished to the highest standards, offering exclusive luxury family accommodation that sleeps up to 8 people. Located in a gated community of only 28 exclusive properties.

Facilities

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils and cutlery. Granite worktops and marble floors. An iron and ironing board are also available to guests.

Utility Room
There is an external laundry and drying area, which can also be used in the mornings for breakfast, or the afternoons for lunch.

Living Rooms:
Large living area with leather and suede sofas, one of which converts to large and comfortable double bed, satellite TV and DVD, free standing lamps and oil paintings. The dining area has a large marble table and leather chairs.

Other:
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The terraces have patio furniture to cater for guests who wish to dine outside, and a BBQ is also ready for use.

Cleaning/towels/linen
All towels (except beach towels) and linen are included, and the property is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. The washing machine can be used to freshen linen and wash your own clothes.

The house is comfortable throughout the whole year, being equipped with air conditioning to provide warm or cool air.

Outside

The villa looks out over the swimming pool area. There are 2 pools a family pool with feature cascade, and a toddlers pool. The patio around the pools has sun loungers with straw umbrellas, and is edged with lawned areas for picnics, with palm trees and colourful flowerbeds. The whole area looks out over the golf courses below. The house has its own walled and paved garden area accessible from the dining space. It also has two terraces.

The main terrace is on the front of the house, and is bathed in sunlight from mid-morning until sundown. It is equipped with a dining table and chairs and looks out over the pools, gardens and golf courses to the mountains beyond. There is a further terrace off the main bedroom which also has a smaller table and chairs. This terrace shares the same views and warmth as the main terrace, its the perfect place for breakfast, or you can lie in bed and enjoy the scenery through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
