The apartment

This stunning apartment is located within the quiet, gated community of Riviera Park at Riviera Del Sol. It is an ideal location with local amenities of shops, restaurants, bars and beach within walking distance. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and there is everything you need to make you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave and there is a large outside dining area which provides you with the perfect place for eating outside. The terrace runs the whole length of the apartment and there is access to it from large patio doors in both the lounge and the master bedroom. The terrace gets the sun on it all day and there are sunbeds provided to help you relax and soak up the sun. There are 2 bathrooms - one en-suite to the master bedroom and one shared bathroom with shower. There is a large utility room which has a washing machine for your use. There is secure, underground parking and lifts.

Out and about

Accessibility
The complex has many ramps and paths giving access to the pool area and apartment block and the flats also have a lift service. The apartment is on one level.

Outside
This south facing apartment is on the second floor and overlooks the swimming pool, landscaped gardens and tennis court. There are 2 pools on the complex and the pool is enclosed making it very child friendly. The complex has secure underground parking with lifts servicing each floor of the apartment block.

Coast/Beach
The local beach is a 15 minute walk away. A 5 minute drive brings you to the wonderful beach of La Cala and close by is the picturesque Puerto Cabopino with its beautiful Marina, wide sandy beach, beach sports, sea fishing, and excellent restaurants and bars, where freshly caught seafood is the speciality.

Golf
Nearest golf course is Miraflores, which is a 5 minute walk away however there are more than a dozen courses within a 20 minute drive (including La Cala, Mijas and Santana). Making this an ideal apartment for golfers. We are happy to take parties of golfers.

Skiing
If you wish to escape the beach and the golf, the mountains of Ronda are only a short drive away and for skiing Sierra Nevada can be reached with a 2 hour drive.
