Situated next to a golf course, and close to the sea, this is a delightful modern apartment, ideal for a peaceful holiday at any time of year. This elegant apartment is light and spacious and has a terrace from which you can enjoy quiet moments in the morning watching the sun come up whilst enjoying your breakfast or early evening with perhaps a cool drink watching the beautiful sunsets. The terrace takes advantage of the far reaching views and is completely private. French doors flood both the master bedroom and lounge with natural light for an open fresh feel. There is beautiful cream marble flooring throughout the apartment with a modern kitchen, fully equipped with many extras.

Out and about

Outside
The complex has 2 swimming pools for you to relax and unwind, one of which has the sun late in to the evening. The grounds has sub-tropical landscaping with an Alhambra fountain.

The apartment is within a small private building of 25 apartments which is small by Spanish standards thus allowing for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Coast/Beach

Golf
With over 60 golf courses in the province of Malaga (more than any other province in Spain) more than 30 of these are to be found in the Costa del Golf area.
Royal Golf Riviera is situated in Riviera del Sol only 30 minutes drive west of Malaga International Airport and ten minutes east of Marbella with views off mountains and the 9th hole belonging to the famous Miraflores Golf Club and is only 100 meters from the club house which is an ideal place in the evenings watching the beautiful sunsets over the mountains with a drink in hand. The staff there are extremely friendly and welcome visitors.The club house has a very good restaurant and bar and provides live entertainment including Flamenco dancing twice a week in the summer season.

Costa del Sol

The apartment is within 10 mins walking distance of the nearest supermarket (Supermercado Miraflores) bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from Miraflores Golf club house. Riviera village centre is 2km from the apartment which has good bars, restaurants and amenities including a new supermarket. The beach is 3km, try Max beach which is a very popular bar/restaurant. There is a taxi rank (taxis are fairly cheap in Spain) within walking distance and a bus service runs up and down the coast.
Riviera has its own new plaza which houses numerous shops, cafes, Tapas bars, English style sports bars and restaurants which appeal to every taste. There are numerous banks, currency exchanges and a large supermarket in the plaza. The long beach is well cared for, clean, soft and golden sand with sunbeds and parasols for rental.
Local activities and parks: There is an abundance of good quality water-sports and recreational facilities in an around La Cala. Tennis club "Club del Sol" welcomes all comers as does the lawn bowls centre at Miraflores. There are also gymnasiums, dive centres within minutes of the village. Numerous organised trips to Morocco, Gibraltar, Rhonda etc available to book within the village area. Mijas Park is one of the main water parks on the Costa del Sol. Crocodile Park.
